Broadway Tours provides passenger service excellence with safety measures congruent with the standard requirements set by the Department of Transport.
A + Grade on vehicle fitness evaluations
Pre and Post trip vehicle inspections
Our fleet and driver behavior is monitored and managed by fleet cam technology with 24h surveillance
Our drivers are pre trip tested for alcohol and fatigue with performance continuously evaluated
Our professional drivers do not exceed 100km/h
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LIABILTY
All persons making use of any Broadway Tours vehicle and/or property do so entirely at their own risk. Broadway Tours is not liable for any loss or damages of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused directly or indirectly by Broadway Tours, its directors or employees.
BOOKINGS
Tickets at www.broadwaytours.co.za or at our Sales office or contact our call center on 063 651 9912
Any changes to a ticket for whatever reason will require a replacement ticket at a cost of R60
Passengers are liable for ticket details confirmation
Tickets are not transferable in any way
Ticket cancellations incur a 50% fee and total ticket fee forfeiture if not communicated within 24hrs
Booking confirmation will be received by the passenger via SMS or Email
Payments
Call Center – Payments may be made via EFT. Internet Banking. Bank deposit
Proof of payment should be sent to shuttle@broadwaytours.co.za or Whatsapp on 063 651 9912
Sales Office – Cash is accepted. Debit and Credit cards are accepted
LUGGAGE
Passengers are allowed 25kg of luggage, additional luggage will be charged per kilogram
Broadway Tours is not responsible whatsoever for any loss or damage to passengers luggage
CHILDREN
No children under the age of 12 may travel alone, a guardian should be present
Children under the age of 3 are required to book a seat – car seats are provided
Children under the age of 3 pay 50% of ticket
DEPARTURES
Arrive at the point of departure 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time
Passengers should be seated in the bus at the scheduled time of departure or you will forfeit your ticket.
